Our history
It all started because we were looking for new emotions.
MainstrEAT is an On the Road Catering project created and conceived by Chefs Massimo Martina and Pietro Gasparini.
MainstrEAT reflects Massimo and Pietro's cooking philosophy, having as main values the freshness and quality of the raw material, and customer satisfaction.
Each dish is freshly prepared with products from local companies: the kitchen combines traditional dishes that Massimo has always cooked in his restaurant with Pietro's innovative and creative vein.

Massimo in his years of catering has attracted the attention of gourmet guides such as the Michelin Guide, of which he boasts the Bib-Gourmand certification for 15 consecutive years. Starting from 2008 he began to travel around the world together with the UIR (Unione Italiana Restauratori) and began to explore the cuisine of different Asian countries, such as Canada and the United States.
Pietro boasts a great deal of experience in various Italian restaurants and around the world, through which he has developed a broad knowledge of the various raw materials and has learned and improved various types of cooking, creating extraordinary dishes from ordinary raw materials.
Their passion for cooking is always on and the desire to bring innovation and creativity among people comes to life through the Food Truck MainstrEAT.
